1.Shipping Costs
Free delivery over 400 EUR in EU / excluding oversized and non-standard parcels like chassis and pallet shipments/

For shipments outside the EU, please email us to receive a shipping quote.
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees ,levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the next working day after receiving the payment .
Working days : Monday - Friday , except on national holidays

3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link, from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment ,based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
